I hope you find this site to be both helpful and insightful.  Several years ago I embarked on a journey, one in which I hoped to gain a degree in education as well as the certification necessary to become an effective educator.  Here I am now tying up the loose ends of what has come to be a great experience in one of the chapters of my life.  When presented with the opportunity to complete my Directed Teaching Portfolio on the internet, I was eager to take on the task.  I was surprised that only one other student (Suzana Mokaddem) jumped as well.  However, I feel that we are in tune with the direction that education is heading, that is, it is becoming more and more technologically integrated.  For this reason, I thought it was necessary that I use this opportunity to test my skills.  It is my hope that this website will serve to aid others that are embarking on the same quest that I have chosen.  Of course, it was impossible for me to incorporate all of my experiences in the allotted time frame - but I have done my best and will continue to update this site as I begin my career.
